About the Data Server - the purpose of the data server is to function as a depository for data sets or resources that may prove valuable to local governments -- either data that we collect and host or data that you offer to share with other elected and appointed officials. Click here for the Southwest Ohio Local Government Wage and Benefit Survey Home Page

This was a regional wage & benefit survey for benchmark positions in a ten county area. Selected large townships from across the state were also included in the survey.

The results for 2011 have been posted online. Follow this link for access to the various data spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat formats.

The results for 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002, 2001, 2000, 1999, and 1998 are also available by request. Contact the CPMRA.

We get many requests for sample Personnel Policies. For townships, we recommend you start with the Ohio Township Personnel Management Sourcebook. The sourcebook includes a sample policies and procedures manual.
